Director Frank Sabatino, D.C. Ph.D
Dr. Frank Sabatino is the past Health Director of the Shangri-La Natural Hygiene Institute in Bonita Springs , FL, the Regency Health Resort and Spa in Hallandale, FL and Health Director-Owner of Ocean Jade Retreat in Lauderdale by the Sea, FL, where he cared for, lectured and inspired thousands of people over the past 40 years. He is currently the director of the Balance for Life Retreat Program in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Balance Your Life Retreat is a vegan lifestyle education center specializing in plant-based vegan nutrition, health rejuvenation, stress management, and therapeutic fasting and detoxification.

Attorney Mark Huberman is the President of the National Health Association and Editor of Health Science magazine. He has adhered to a whole-food, plant-based vegan diet for all of his 68 years and credits his excellent health to the pioneering vision of his parents, Max and Ruth Huberman, who had the foresight to recognize the profound benefits of this lifestyle long before most others. His parents operated a legendary health food store in Boardman, Ohio for more than 33 years where they influenced countless individuals to change their diet and lifestyle and regain and preserve their health.
Dr. Michael A Klaper M.D.
Michael A. Klaper, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. He received postgraduate training in internal medicine, surgery, anesthesiology, and orthopedics at University of British Columbia teaching hospitals in Vancouver and obstetrics at the University of California at San Francisco. He has practiced acute care medicine in Hawaii, Canada, California, Florida and New Zealand and for the past 35 years us been focusing upon health-promoting food and lifestyle choices to help prevent the need for hospitalization and surgery.

Dr. Esser is a lifetime advocate for Plant-Based nutrition.
Jayney Goddard MSc FCMA FRSM, is one of the world's leading experts in the natural anti-aging and integrative medical fields. A hugely popular author, inspirational speaker and Television/Radio presenter, she has written several books, including the ground-breaking bestsellers "Rewind Your Body Clock: The Complete Natural Guide to a Happier Healthier Younger You" for Watkins UK/Penguin Worldwide and “Complementary and Alternative Medicine: What Really Works” for Harper Collins. She is President of The Complementary Medical Association – the leading professional membership association for elite health professionals, training schools and spas/retreats. Jayney has been elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine – which is testament to the importance and relevance of her work in the health field. Jayney also works globally with governments to standardize natural healthcare practice and most recently testified before the Whitehouse Commission for Integrative Health where her recommendations were accepted unanimously. Alese’s teaching is grounded in over 25 years of experience in asana practice and 10 years in meditation and holds a BFA in Dance from New York University. She received her teacher training in 1982 from Swami Satchidananda’s Integral Yoga Certification. Alese is dedicated to sharing these practices and offers private, group classes and workshops in service to a conscious life awakening to its full potential. Her skilled approach and intuitive abilities make her classes rewarding and challenging.
Brenda Davis, R.D.
Brenda Davis, R.D., a registered dietitian, is a leader in her field and an internationally acclaimed speaker. As a prolific nutrition and health writer, she has co-authored 11 books with over 800,000 copies in print in 14 languages. Her most recent works include Kick Diabetes Essentials (2019), The Kick Diabetes Cookbook (2018), Becoming Vegan: Comprehensive Edition (2014) and Becoming Vegan: Express Edition (2013). Brenda has been a featured speaker at medical and nutrition conferences in over 20 countries on 5 continents. She is also co-author of several peer-reviewed journal articles. Brenda is the lead clinical nutrition specialist for the diabetes intervention project in the Marshall Islands and recently completed a lifestyle intervention demonstration program in Lithuania. Brenda is a past chair of the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
