Stress Management
At Balance for Life we are committed to teaching and sharing a diversity of practices that increase mindfulness and mind-body balance. These practices come from a variety of ancient traditions that incorporated internal body awareness and energy balancing techniques for reducing the stress and tension that can have such negative debilitating effects on our lives.
Daily classes and workshops will be offered for our guests only in yoga, tai-chi, qi-gong, longevity breathing, mindful meditation and a variety of other relaxation and meditation techniques. In addition, relaxing and therapeutic massage will also be available only for our guests.
