Jill and Talia from Power Yoga Of Cape Cod are excited to collaborate with Jeanné and Keith from Balance For Life to bring you a 5 Day Yoga and Fitness Retreat in a beautiful beachfront hotel in Deerfield, Florida. With guidance and supervision, you will have the opportunity to participate in a 5 day plant-based diet, a juice cleanse, or a water fast during your stay. In addition, you will enjoy daily invigorating power yoga and fitness classes for all levels, reflective meditations, walks on the beach, and other fun activities while deepening your understanding of the benefits of a plant based diet and periodic cleansing for energy, vitality and wellness!!!

Power Yoga of Cape Cod Retreat Featured Speakers
Jill Abraham is the Owner/Director of Power Yoga of Cape Cod, named Best Yoga Studio of Cape Cod for 5 consecutive years. She is a Tier 3: 1200HR. Certified Baptiste Influencer, a 500 Hour Certified Kripalu Instructor, and a 500 HR. E-RYT with Yoga Alliance. Jill opened the flagship Harwich studio in 2009. She created and leads the 200 HR. Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training at Power Yoga Of Cape Cod. In addition to teaching yoga, Jill is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner through The Ayurveda Academy in Seattle, WA, and a graduate of The Natural Gourmet Cookery School (founded by Annemarie Colbin in NYC). Jill has been leading health and nutrition workshops since 2001 and leading retreats in Costa Rica every year since 2013.
Talia Arone is a RYT 200 hour Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance certified. She graduated from Power Yoga of Cape Cod Teacher Training program in 2019. She is a Baptiste Level 1 and 2 Graduate and Certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor. In addition, Talia is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and works with people individually to empower and inspire them to achieve optimum health and wellness!
Dr. Jeanné Pitre ND
For more than 15 years, Dr. Jeanné worked as a nurse in a traditional allopathic setting. In the earlier part of her career, she adhered to the disease model assisting in treating symptoms of pathology. Life happens and through both professional and personal experiences, she has realized that the best way to HEAL the body is to create a state of homeostasis (Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually). Through clinical observation of past clients/patients, it is her belief that there are vital factors, pure air, clean water, movement, healthy eating that are essential to healing.
Keith has dedicated his professional career of over 30 years to the fitness industry. Prior to Balance for Life, his positions include lead trainer at “Top of the One” club in NYC opposite Lincoln Center and Director of Personal Training for the JCC (Jewish Community Center) in Manhattan.
Keith is certified in aerobic training, kettlebell workouts, aqua fitness, strength training, yoga. He personally offers a variety of incredible workshops/workouts to the BFL guests and is extremely passionate about helping individuals change their lives in the simplest and most realistic ways possible.
